Secluded, renovated Farmhouse near the Reservoir of Ermal

Casa de Gandufe is situated a few kilometers from the village of Guilhofrei, close to the reservoir of Ermal. This former farm is tastfully rebuilt as a comfortable house, suitable for 6 people. The house stands at the end of a cobble stone road, conveniently situated for those who are looking for privacy. Next to the house is a patio, shaded by vines, leading to a pleasant garden and the swimming pool with a sunny terrace. The pool has a shallow end and is therefore suitable for smaller children. From the terrace and the front of the house you have a beautiful view over the valley and the reservoir. The town of Vieira do Minho (all facilities) is about 10 km away, and the nearest restaurant 2 km on the road to Guilhofrei. Nearby - a 10 minute walk - is a café and a small grocery shop. Along the reservoir are beaches and nice places to swim.There is also the possibility to water-ski (“Tele-Ski”). |

Utility room with toilet, wash basin and washing machine.First floor: 3 Bedrooms (1 twin and 2 double); each with ensuite shower room. One of the bedrooms has an entrance to the garden. Heating: Central heating, with an open fireplace in the living room.
