About Casas da CabreiraA fine choice of properties in a beautiful regionCasas da Cabreira is – for more than 9 years now – our rental agency of self-catering holiday cottages, villas and comfortable rooms in manor houses and quinta’s in North Portugal.The properties are privately owned and mainly situated in the municipalities of Cabeceiras de Basto, Terras de Bouro, Vieira do Minho and Póvoa de Lanhoso. Most villas and cottages are restored farmhouses or watermills, some situated in a small village, some in the countryside. Almost all of them have a swimming pool. Personal attention: we live here!We know all the properties and their owners personally because we live in this region. We are therefore in an excellent position to assist you in making a choice or, in case of special requirements, to consult the owner. During your stay we will supply detailed information on the house and its surroundings, local shops, restaurants, wine producers, sightseeing and more.More possibilitiesBesides letting out holiday accommodation we offer some extras that could make your stay easier or more pleasant. For instance transportation to and from the airport of Porto or guided hiking tours through the Serra da Cabreira and the Serra do Gerês.We welcome as a matter of course your own suggestions! When you click on the name or the thumbnail of a specific property you will find a detailed description, photos and information on prices. You can also search by preference for a suitable property, or search the interactive map of the region.If you want to make a reservation or inquire about availability click on “inquiries & booking”. A new E-mail will open with the name of the property of your choice as subject. Please leave your name, address, telephone number, the chosen period and the number of persons or rooms.
