Particulars
- Outside the high season other changeover days after consultation.
- The weekend break can only be booked 6 weeks or less beforehand.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Weekly cleaning is included.
- The security deposit is € 300 / £ 294.
- In the low season there is a € 75 surcharge per week for heating, to be paid locally.
- The mezzanine has widely spaced balustrades; there is a wicket-gate to shut off the top of the staircase.
- The ground floor, although not especially adapted, is reasonably suitable for (non-electric) wheel chairs.
